Boy Attacked In Police Station

A young trash-boy, Raphael, was found cut and bruised from a deadly encounter in a police station. He claims he was punched, kicked and hung out a window by police when he was taking for interrogation. The young boy, only aged 12, was taken from the Behala dump site by police with force. He was taken to the police station for questioning, and came out dirty and bleeding. So, what now? So what are the police going to handle these charges? If they turn out to be true, then what will the police gonna do with Raphael? All we can hope is that nothing like this happens again, especially to someone at such a young age.
