Okay. First thing I'd like to point out is that I'm no hater. I'm just a student from this school and I want to tell people what it's really like.

Forest Hill Secondary College (aka FHC) is a great local high school with a fantastic curriculum. Now, other students may disagree with me when i say that, mainly because at the moment, it is heavily sport-based. But to them I say "are you blind? Can't you see that they are introducing curricular activities and events for people that dislike sport as well?" I mean, yea, so far they only have 1 thing that inst sport related, but come on! These things take time! What, do you expect them to change everything over night?

Now, I probably know what you're thinking, 'these students sure hate there school!' and yes, some do. But hate is a very strong word and shouldn't be used lightly. I mean come on, denoting hostile actions motivated by intense dislike or prejudice is a bit ruthless. Its not like the students want to burn down the school, or wreak havoc with the teachers.

Now, this brings me to my next point, the computers. Now, FHC lends students computers until year 10 (when they have to pay more money or buy there own computer) which is a fantastic idea. So why am I bringing this up? Well, I'm bringing this up, because there is a major flaw in this. Lets say you dropped your computer because someone knocked into you. You would have to go to the technician, fill out a form, pay $50 for its repair, and then wait an exceeded amount of time for you to get it bak while using a rental computer that has none of your information on it. And whats worse, if your explanation for the damage isn't good enough for Acer (the peeps who repair the computers) then you have to either: lie about how the damage occurred to make it more "plausible"; or pay the FULL repair cost for the damage. It is completely and utterly stupid

Stay tuned for my next review!
