This is a bit different to my other posts but I hope you like it:
In a second every little thing had changed. I was sitting on the edge of the dock, looking down into the dark, swirling sea below, listening to the sound of the crashing waves and noisy seagulls. I did not expect what happened next, and to this day, I do not understand why it happened. I felt a hard force on my back, and the next thing I know, I was being dragged under the waves, rolling around uncontrollably. I tried screaming for help, but was silenced by the salty water in my mouth. I tried to swim, but I could not see. Then, my head hits something, hard, and I am knocked unconscious.

"Where....where am I" I say to myself, coughing up water. I am on sand, dripping wet. I try to stand, but fall. Crawling to a nearby tree, I feel a stabbing pain in my shoulder and on my chest. As a stand up using the tree for support, I feel my chest and shoulder. My hand comes away, smeared with bright red blood, "crap" I yell to myself. Behind me, there is a massive jungle, screaming monkeys and birds are in the background. "this is gonna be hell" I say.

I am sitting in my tree house, looking down at a small pig. "mm, dinner" I think in my head. I silently grab my bow and arrow, aim at the pigs head, right between the eyes, and let go of the bow. The pigs short, high-pitched squeal breaks through the silence of the wilderness. 'thud'. the pig lands on the ground, arrow sticking out of its blood covered head. I jump down from my house, landing next to the fat animal. In the next hour or so I have prepared the pig for cooking, got a small fire going, and have started eating my dinner. I am almost finished when I hear a low growl from the bushes in front of me. I put my hand on one of my arrows, getting ready to kill. A large jaguar steps out from the plants, looking me straight in the eye. Letting go of the arrow, I threw a piece of meat to the Jaguar for it is my friend "I see your hunting expedition was a failure" I say to the young animal, looking at some scratches on its body. The jaguar finishes the meat in a few mouth-fulls, then curls up next to me, his head laying in my lap.

Okay, so before I go any further, you are probably wondering 'who is this animal, and why hasn't he killed me yet?' well, I am gonna explain that now:
A few days after landing on the beach, I had already ventured into the forest and set up camp. I had caught a small ground-bird and was cooking it when a small jaguar cub appeared in front of me. It looked starved so i gave it a piece of half cooked bird. Cautious at first, the cub slowly walked towards me, then, quickly grabbed the piece of meat from my hand and ran back to the edge of the bushes. Since that moment, he and I have been friends, even though the animal has tried hunting, most attempts ended in failure. I named the small cub Bobby.
Hopefully that cleared up a few things.

I woke to the sound of an engine in the distance, probably a boat's. I jump from my bed and fall from my tree house, flat on my face. I run to the nearby beach, closely followed by Bobby. Standing in the ankle-deep water I spot a small tug boat, driving towards the shore. "HEY, HEY!!" I yell to the driver. The tug boat stopped, and a boy jumped into the water, swimming through the clear . Walking towards me, he spots Bobby, and stops dead. Pointing to the big cat he backed away slowly, talking in a strange language. "Its okay, he won't hurt you" I say, hugging Bobby around the neck and kissing him on the head. The boy steps towards us slowly, still cautious, "how long been here" he says, pointing to me. "a year" i say, holding my hand to Bobby's head. "you come with me, now" said the boy, who was swimming to his boat. "I just have to grab something" i say, running into the trees. I reach my tree house and climb, climb to the top of the tree. In a branch, there is a smallish hole. Inside that hole there is a small box made from twisted branches. I grab the box and run back to the boat.
